Boat trip and cruise to the Glenan archipelago

In Beg meil – a short ride by the sea away from the campsite – board a ferry to the Glenan’s archipelago, home to the greatest sailors and its famous sailing school. Most of the islands are forbidden in order to save the flora and the nesting birds. You’ll be able to access Saint Nicolas island and discover the archipelago during a commented cruise. You’ll also be able to take the boat from Beg Meil to Concarneau to discover the fortified city and harbour.

Hiking around the camping Penhoat: GR34

Right outside the campsite, you can hike or ride your bike for miles next to the beach or on the famous path of the coast guards (the GR34) that goes around all of Brittany. You’ll be able to witness magnificent sunsets or sunrises just next to the campsite.
